Oklahoma City police are identifying the person killed in a shooting that happened shortly after midnight on New Year's Day. Authorities say 22-year-old Daniel Howard, a college football player, died outside of a bar near Northwest Tenth Street and Hudson Avenue. Four others were injured in the shooting, and their conditions are unknown. The investigation is ongoing.
