A carjacking suspect is under arrest following a standoff in Tulsa. The suspect allegedly stole a pickup from a gas station at West 23rd and Southwest Boulevard earlier this month. Officers went to serve an arrest warrant on the suspect yesterday morning at a home near 21st and Garnett, but the man wouldn't come outside. The suspect surrendered about 7:00 last night after police used pepper balls and gas.
