A bill to legalize sports betting in Oklahoma awaits lawmakers' action in the state legislature. State officials say Republican Ken Luttrell filed House Bill 1027, which reportedly would amend existing statures to grant tribes the option to offering sports betting both in casinos and via mobile phones. A similar bill was pitched last year, but reportedly failed to reach the floor for a vote. Sports betting reportedly is legal in 30 states plus Washington, D.C.
