Millions of dollars in improvements are coming to an Oklahoma City area highway interchange. A $75 million project calls for fixing on and off ramps and rebuilding and paving frontage roads at the interchange at I-35 and I-240. The state is also planning to replace railroad bridges near the interchange, and construction is expected to start this summer.
