A second person is in custody in connection to the disappearance of a four-year-old girl. Authorities say Ivon Adams was arrested in Phoenix this morning, one day after his wife Alysia was arrested in Caddo County. According to officers, the suspects were supposed to be caring for Athena Brownfield and her sister when the child was reported missing on Tuesday. Brownfield's sister was found by a postal carrier outside of a home, starting the investigation. Alysia Adams is charged with two counts of child neglect, but the charges against her husband are still unknown.
