A second person is in custody in connection to a shooting on New Year's Day that killed one and injured several others.Ā Destiny Adams is charged with being an accessory to murder for the death of 22-year-old Daniel Howard outside of the Sunset Patio Bar shortly after midnight.Ā Investigators said the incident started as a fight inside the bar that spilled into the parking lot where shots were fired.Ā Another suspect, J'Coal Glover, is facing a first-degree murder charge.
