Winter Storm Moves Through Oklahoma

Snowy conditions are impacting parts of Oklahoma. A snowstorm has moved through the state dropping between four and six inches in some areas, while other areas only received rain.  Conditions are expected to improve through the day.

The snowstorm that moved through Oklahoma is impacting school districts around the state. In Central Oklahoma; Oklahoma City Public Schools, Edmond and Mid-Del Schools are among the districts that will conduct virtual or remote learning today. Norman, Yukon, Moore, and Putnam City Schools have cancelled classed for today.  In Eastern Oklahoma; Briggs, Drumright and Tahlequah schools were among those to close, while McAlester, Miami and some other schools went to virtual learning.
