New Development Planned For Downtown Jenks

Plans have been announced for a new multistory, mixed-use development project, located just west of the railroad tracks off of Jenks Main Street.

ACRE Development Partners says the development will serve as a gateway to the newly-branded Ten District, and will provide several new retail and dining options, apartment living, gathering spaces and public parking to support downtown allurement.

Its prime location along Main Street provides direct access to the River Parks East Trail through the Jenks Pedestrian Bridge, connecting residents to nightlife and entertainment destinations, The Ten District, Riverwalk Crossing, and Tulsa’s extensive network of pedestrian and bicycle thoroughfares.

The mid-rise project’s ground floor facing Main Street offers a lively streetscape with retail, café and restaurant options featuring covered patios and a hardscape plaza framed by a pavilion for music and other gatherings.

Jenks Mayor Cory Box believes this new gateway development adds significant excitement and movement toward Jenks’ growth.

“Main Street in downtown Jenks has a rich history that needs to be preserved and celebrated. We can do that by providing new restaurants, retail, and entertainment options for our residents. We are excited to welcome a new development project that provides all three of these options,” said Box. “This project will feature high-end, beautiful apartment homes on the upper floors, with dining, retail, and other public amenities on the first floor. In addition, this mixed use development offers public green space and more parking for downtown. We look forward to the positive impact this project will have on Main Street, in Jenks, and on our community.”
