Thousands of Oklahoma residents will be disenrolled from SoonerCare. Because of federal regulations, SoonerCare will be required to restart the renewal process for its members because the public health emergency has ended. OHCA officials say 300-thousand Oklahoma residents will be disenrolled from the health coverage program over a nine-month period starting with people with an income above the Federal Poverty Level eligibility limits who have no young children and who already have other medical coverage.
