Three city council members in Oklahoma City are re-elected. Ward Two Councilmember James Cooper, Ward Six Councilmember JoBeth Hamon and Ward Eight Councilmember Mark Stonecipher each won another term in office during yesterday's election. The Ward Five City Council race is headed to a runoff as candidates Thuan Nguyen and Matt Hinkle will face each other in April after neither secured at least 50% of the votes cast.
