Authorities in Tulsa are identifying the remains of a man found in the ruins of a garage that previously burned down. Police say that the body of Steve Wilkins was recovered last Thursday near South 49th West Avenue and Charles Page Boulevard. Tulsa police arrested Devin Scrivner on Monday in connection with the homicide. Investigators say Scrivner confessed to taking part in the murder of Wilkins last September with two other people and knowing that the garage was burned down to conceal the crime.
