An Oklahoma City teenager is facing a first-degree murder charge after he allegedly shot and killed a man on Monday. Police say the 15-year-old suspect - whose identity is being withheld due to his age - is accused of shooting Steffon Smith as the older man was walking outside some townhomes fronting South May Avenue around 9 a.m. One witness said the teen ran up to Smith and shot him several times before hopping behind the wheel of a car and driving off. Another said he shot Smith once, then returned to shoot the older man multiple times as he was trying to crawl to safety. A court date is pending.
