A member of the Oklahoma State House of Representatives is being censured. State Representative Dean Davis of Broken Arrow was arrested on March 23rd in Oklahoma City's Bricktown area for being allegedly drunk in public. Body camera footage shows Davis telling police that a state statute prevents lawmakers from being arrested during the legislative session. The Oklahoma House voted 81-to-nine yesterday to censure Davis, who has been stripped of his committee assignments until a formal apology is issued to the Oklahoma City Police Department.
