The Oklahoma Supreme Court says two of the state's laws restricting abortion are unconstitutional. The Court ruled Wednesday against the bills that prohibit doctors from performing abortions at any point in a pregnancy and allow doctors to be sued for performing abortions after a heartbeat is detected. The Court said women have an "inherent right" to terminate their pregnancy if their life is in danger. The bills were signed into law by Governor Kevin Stitt last year.
