No serious injuries are reported after at least two powerful tornadoes touched down last yesterday afternoon in Oklahoma. Local officials say a twister snapped some power poles near ground level in Lawton between 4 and 5 p.m. before it weakened and moved on. A second tornado reportedly touched tornado briefly about five miles west of Arnett a short time later. Weather experts say winds of up to 90 miles per hour were reported, along with heavy rain and hail throughout the region.
