The field of candidates is narrowed in Oklahoma's District 39 State Representative Primary. Voters in Edmond selected Republican Erick Harris and Democrat Regan Raff in yesterday's primary. Harris and Raff will face each other in the general election on February 13th. Former State Representative Ryan Martinez resigned from the seat after being charged with a felony in connection with a 2022 DUI arrest.
