Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond is filing a lawsuit against several companies over natural gas prices during Winter Storm Uri in 2021. The litigation is being filed against Enable entities and Symmetry Energy Solutions. According to the lawsuit, the companies are accused of using tactics to drive up index prices, leading to a reduction of natural gas supply and submitting trades at unconscionable levels to charge higher fees.
