Cursive Writing Bill Headed To Governor

A bill requiring Oklahoma public and charter schools to teach cursive writing is one step closer to becoming law. Lawmakers have approved the measure, which would make teaching cursive mandatory. The bill now heads to the governor's desk, where it will take effect next year if it's signed into law.
