A suspect is dead following an officer-involved shooting in Tulsa. Lighthorse police were called to an apartment complex near 65th and Mingo yesterday after a man allegedly beat up a woman and her two-year-old child. A four-hour standoff ended when the suspect shot an officer and police returned fire and killed him. The officer who was shot was struck in the shoulder and protected by his bulletproof vest.
