Corey Seager smacked a two-run homer in the first inning and the Rangers went on to beat the Angels 9-4 in Anaheim.

Wyatt Langford added a two-run blast in the seventh and also scored during a five-run fourth inning for Texas, which has won four in-a-row and six of its last eight overall.

Jon Gray tossed five innings of three-run ball as he evened his record at 4-and-4 on the season.

Mickey Moniak hit a two-run triple and Anthony Rendon plated a run in his return from the injured list for the Halos, who have lost seven-of-eight.

Davis Daniel was rocked for seven runs in less than four innings of work as he fell to 1-and-2.
